Role Overview

What you'll do

Align HR with Company Goals

  • Develop and implement a People & Culture strategy that aligns HR policies, practices, and programs with the company's vision and strategic goals.

Talent Acquisition & Candidate Experience

  • Attract top talent by implementing best practices for recruitment, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and meeting hiring timelines within approved TAT for open roles.

Employee Experience & Lifecycle

  • Create a positive and compliant experience across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding to career development and retention—fostering a supportive and engaging work environment.

Talent Development & Retention

  • Offer growth opportunities and engagement programs that reflect company values, helping to retain key talent and build an inclusive culture.

Performance, Engagement & Compliance Tracking

  • Set and monitor key performance, engagement, and statutory compliance metrics to refine HR processes and drive long-term success.

Operational Support & Partnership Management

  • Lead daily HR operations, act as the primary point of contact for all people-related matters, and manage external partnerships to support smooth HR operations.

Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience with People & Culture initiatives, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building a high-performance culture in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
