About Outbox

We are now looking for a VP of Business who can lead our revenue function and build the foundation for the next stage of growth.
Role Overview
The VP of Business will own revenue generating functions across the company. This includes partnerships, sales, business development, account management, and contributing to product evolution based on customer insights. You will design and execute GTM strategies, open new revenue channels, and drive aggressive yet realistic growth targets.
This is a high impact leadership role for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and thinks clearly under pressure. You will work closely with the CEO and product teams to shape our commercial strategy and accelerate our growth across multiple SaaS products.
What you'll do
Revenue Leadership
- Own the full revenue number across all or allocated Outbox products
- Build and scale sales, partnerships, and business development motions
- Create frameworks for predictable, repeatable revenue generation
Partnerships and GTM
- Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships
- Develop GTM strategies for new products and markets
- Create playbooks for channel partnerships and reseller programs
Sales and Account Management
- Build and manage a high performing sales team
- Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing accounts
- Strengthen retention and expansion through strong account management
Business Development
- Discover new revenue opportunities and untapped segments
- Build outbound and inbound motions supported by clear KPIs
- Represent Outbox at events, communities, and partner ecosystems
Product Influence
- Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements
- Work closely with product and engineering to align on market needs
- Validate features and pricing strategies using first principle thinking
What You Bring
- Proven experience driving revenue in high growth startups or SaaS companies
- Strong GTM expertise with a track record of building systems from zero
- Demonstrated success in partnerships, sales, and business development
- Ability to set clear goals, build dashboards, and manage performance
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- A bias toward action, clarity, and delivering measurable results
- Comfort working in fast moving, high accountability environments
